Minister honours merit student

 
Arun Chandra is pursuing his doctorate studies in Radar Meteorology at a Canadian University. His research gains significance in the scenario of global climate change.
 It is an honour that he has got an opportunity to pursue in such a relevant area of research, the Minister said.

Arun Chandra was born in Doranalahalli in Bagepalli taluk and later completed his PUC at Sir M V PUC college in Chikkaballapur.

He went on to pursue his mechanical engineering in Bangalore and came out with flying colours in  his masters programme in IISc. Arun Chandra’s example should be emulated by the student fraternity, observed the Minister.

Legislator Bache Gowda, Deputy Commissioner Anwar Pasha and others were present on the occasion.
