JOIN USPresident Pranab Mukherjee will inaugurate the centenary celebrations of the University of Mysore in Mysuru on Monday, the first day of his two-day tour of the State.
In the evening, he will inaugurate the centenary celebrations of Federation of Karnataka Chamber of Commerce and Industry at the Vidhana Soudha in Bengaluru.
On Tuesday, he will attend the second convocation of Central University of Karnataka at Kalaburagi. The same evening, the President will participate in an event at Nimhans to dedicate it to the nation as an institute of national importance. He will inaugurate a magneto encephalography facility and the Nimhans museum.
Mukherjee will return to Delhi on Tuesday evening, according to an official release. Traffic diversions will be in place in different parts of Bengaluru on both the days in view of the President’s visit.
