 Left: The Temple of Zeus, in Athens was started in 530 BC.  Roman emperor Hadrian, who completed the construction in 2nd century AD. This ancient temple is largest temple in Greece. Centre:The ruins of the Temple of Apollo date back to 4th century BC. This temple is located in Delphi which the ancient Greeks considered to be the center of the universe! Right: This stone structure that almost resembles a Shivalingam, is in Delphi and essentially a depiction of a navel.

Centre: The Red Beach in Santorini is famous for its red colored rocks( the result of the volcanic eruption of 1956) and sand set against the backdrop of gorgeous blue. Santorini, a result of a volcanic eruption, still has a few active volcanoes. Right: The Byzantine Church of St. Irene (Perissa).
