Customers who have exhausted the usual channel for redressal of their grievances are requested to appeal to Telephone Adalat at AGM (Admn) BGTD, 2nd floor, Telephone House Raj Bhavan Road, enclosing all previous correspondences on or before February 25, with ‘Adalat-March 2010’ superscribed on top. The hearing date and venue will be intimated separately.
