A public grievance cell has been set up at the office of DCP (East) Chandrashekhar in the Ulsoor Police Station premises. Residents of east division can file their grievances if any police officer refuses to register them at the police stations concerned. The cell will be open from 10 am to 2 pm and 4 pm to 8 pm on all days excluding government holidays.
