Traffic curbs for Bengaluru Marathon today

The traffic police have imposed certain restrictions on parking and vehicular movement in the City on Sunday in view of BangaloreMarathon which will begin at 4 am and conclude at 12  noon.

Additional forces will also be deployed at various stretches and junctions to ensure smooth movement of traffic. Traffic restrictions will be imposed in the following areas:
 
Vehicular movement will be banned from Hudson Circle to Siddalingaiah Circle on Kasturba Road, from Queen’s Circle to CTO Circle, from the south-end of Ambedkar Road, Raj Bhavan Road and  all roads inside Cubbon Park.

All vehicles plying from JC Road, Vidhan Soudha, Raj Bhavan and Shivajinagar can ply on Police Corner Road, KG Road, Old Post Office, K R Circle and on the north-end of  Ambedkar Road.

Vehicles from Sheshadri Road plying towards Shivajinagar can use KR Circle and the northern part of Ambedkar Road.

Vehicles from JC Road and Nrupatunga Road plying towards Old Madras Road, M G Road, Ulsoor, Marathalli should take a right turn at Hudson Circle and move on Devang Road, Mission Road, Richmond flyover, Residency Road and move further.

Vehicles from Shivajinagar can move on Cunningham Road, Chandrika Junction, LRDE Junction, Basaveshwara Circle and proceed further.

Vehicles from Basaveshwara Circle can move on TMC Junction, Infantry Road and proceed further.

Vehicles from Balekundri Circle should compulsorily take a left turn at Traffic Management Centre and move on Infantry Road.

 Vehicles from KR Road and moving inside Cubbon Park should use Nrupatunga Road.

Vehicles from Ulsoor should take a left turn at Cauvery Emporium/Mayo Hall and move on D’Souza Circle or Brigade Road.

Vehicles from Ashirvadam Junction should take  a compulsory left turn at SBI Junction and take a right turn at Bishop Cotton School, move on Vittal Mallya Road, take a left turn at Siddalingaiah Circle, move on RRMR Circle and proceed further.

Vehicles from Minerva Circle on JC Road and vehicles moving towards Shivajinagar, M G Road and Ulsoor should take a right turn at Bharath Junction on JC Road and move on H C Siddaiah Road, Urvashi Junction, Kengal Hanumanthaiah Road, Richmond Road and proceed further.

Vehicles from Mayo Hall and moving towards MG Road should take a right turn at Mayo Hall Junction and move on Commissionerate Road. They can move on Hosmat Junction, India Garage Junction and proceed to Koramangala.

Vehicles moving from Webbs Junction to Dickenson Road should take a left turn at Manipal Centre and move on KR Road, Cubbon Road Junction and proceed further.

Vehicles moving from Adigas Junction to MG Road on Dickenson Road should take a right turn at Dhobi Ghat and move on Dickenson Circle, Kamaraja Road and MG Road.
n Vehicles moving on Old Madras Road from NGEF Junction to 100 feet Road should take a left turn at 80 feet road and proceed further.

Vehicles from Tamarekannan Junction and Kensington Junction to MEG can take left turn at  Kensington Junction and move to Gurudwara Junction and proceed further.

Right turn will be banned at Sony World Junction for vehicles from Koramangala 80 feet peripheral Road. Vehicles can move on Sarjapura Road, move on Hosur Road and proceed further.

Right turn will be banned at UCO Junction for vehicles coming from Hosur Laskhkar Road.

Vehicles from Vivekanagar and NGV Junction will be restricted at Rajendra Junction. Vehicles can move on Koramangala village Road, Shiva theatre, Adugodi and Hosur Road.
n Parking for the vehicles of participants has been made at St Joseph’s High School and UB City Mall.
