L&T Realty, the real estate arm of Larsen & Toubro, is all set to mark its entry in the Bengaluru market with the launch of Raintree Boulevard, a mixed-use township in Hebbal. Spread over 65-acres, it will be developed phase-wise and house two, three and four bedroom apartments, open spaces, state-of-the-art amenities and facilities.

Conceptualised on the lines of a ‘green grid’ system, Raintree Boulevard will have roads and avenues traversing parks and landscaped gardens.

There has been a constant endeavour to preserve the natural foliage of the site and include it in the master plan of the township, including over 70 raintrees that are present on the project site. The tree-lined avenues, together with the gardens that have been planned, will provide a natural green environ to the residents.

To minimise the adverse impact on the enviroment, the project has installed
various green features such as solar power that will be used for the common areas.
The township is within easy reach of the Bengaluru International Airport and
hospitals, schools, colleges and IT Parks. It is just 12 km away from MG Road and is well-connected to the City.

The first phase will have 20 towers, with each having 15 floors. The sizes of the
apartments that will be available range from 1,300-2800 sq ft. The first phase is
expected to be ready for possession by mid-2019.
