<p>Flow of industrial investment into the State has shrunk between 2013 and 15 compared to investments the State received between 2008 and 2012.<br /><br /></p>.<p>According to a written reply by Industries Minister R V Deshpande to BJP MLA B Y Raghavendra, of the 255 projects approved by High Level Clearance Committee (HLCC) and State-level single window committee in 2013-14, a total of 24 projects have been implemented.<br /><br />In 2014-15, 108 projects were approved and only seven of them were implemented.In 2012-13, a total of 776 projects were approved by both the committees and 36 of them were implemented. Of the total 470 projects cleared in 2011-12, 53 were implemented. The Congress came to power in May 2013.<br /><br />The BJP was in power between 2008 and 2013. The minister has also stated the State has got ninth rank in ease of doing business in the country.</p>
