<p>Two persons committed suicide in separate incidents at Indiranagar and Girinagar in the City.<br /><br /></p>.<p>A 25-year-old man, who was upset over his health problems, hanged himself from a ceiling fan at his house in Domlur II Stage in Indiranagar on Monday.<br /><br />According to the police, Kiran, a native of Kolar, was residing along with three of his friends in a rented house. He had completed his graduation and was a qualified animation and graphic artist. He was doing freelance work for a few private projects.<br /><br />At around 7 pm on Monday, when he was alone in the house, he hanged himself from the ceiling fan with a lungi (loincloth). <br /><br />At around 9 pm, when his friends returned, they found his body hanging from the fan. They informed his family members and alerted the police. The body has been shifted for postmortem.<br /><br />The police have found a death note which stated that he took the extreme step because he had eye and heart-related problems. He does not want to be a burden to anyone and decided to commit suicide, said the police.<br /><br />Youth hangs himself<br />In another incident, a 28-year-old private firm employee killed himself at his house in Banashankari III Stage, Girinagar.<br /><br />The deceased Nagaraj was staying alone in the house. Preliminary investigation has revealed that he had committed suicide around four days ago. <br /><br />However, the incident came to light only on Monday, when the neighbours and the house owner complained of a stench. <br /><br />They informed the police and broke open the door only to find Nagaraj’s body hanging from the ceiling fan. <br /><br />A few relatives had also come to visit him but they returned after noticing the door locked, assuming that he may have gone to work.<br /><br />The police alerted his family members, who told the police that he was doing fine and that they had no clue why he took the extreme step.<br />DH News Service<br /></p>
