Sound & light at Lalbagh

The show will be held at a specially designed stage near Lalbagh entrance (K H Road side) and will commence at 6.30 pm on May 31 and June 1. There is no entry fee.

More than 300 artistes will participate in the show, conceived by Information department Director N R Vishukumar and directed by well-known theatre personality C Basavalingaiah. Hamsalekha has scored the music. The show will trace the champions of social justice in from Adikavi Pampa of the tenth century, social reformer Basavanna to Kuvempu.

Vishukumar said, the 2 hour 15 minute show provides a complete package of the social justice movement in the State through music and dance.
