Sand sculptor Patnaik bags S Korean award

Talking to Deccan Herald here Patnaik claimed that he bagged an award for sending message to the world to stop proliferation of nuclear weapons.
“I created a 15-feet high sand sculpture ‘Stop Nuclear War’ in 4th Haeundae Sand Festival at Busan,’’ said Patnaik here after his arrival from Korea on Saturday  morning.
The sculpture shows a huge man raising his two hands saying ‘Stop Nuclear War’.
He claimed that after arriving at Busan he got the news about the nuclear controversy in the country and decided to create the sand sculpture.
Thousands of people in Korea appreciated the creation, said Patnaik.
Patnaik has represented India in many international competitions and won many awards.
This Haeundae sand festival started on May 29 and would conclude on June 1.
