Deer saved from strays in Marathahalli

 The HAL police rescued a deer which had strayed into Chowdeshwari Layout in Marathahalli on Wednesday evening.

At around 7.30 pm, the police personnel received the information that a deer was spotted at Chowdeshwari Layout. They immediately rushed to the spot and noticed that it was being attacked by the stray dogs.

They chased away the dogs and took the deer to a veterinary hospital, as it had suffered from a minor leg injury.

After it was treated, the deer was taken to the HAL police station and the BBMP officials and Bannerghatta zoo officials were informed, the police said.
