<p>The incident happened when victim Radha was standing in front of her house on 10th main road, A cross in Jayanagar giving instructions to BBMP sweepers who were cleaning the area. <br /><br />The suspect laid his hand on Radha’s neck and snatched the chain. Radha held the chain tightly and cried for help. The suspect managed to take away a part of the chain as it broke into two pieces. <br /><br />He ran away for few yards where another person was waiting on a bike. The suspect got on to the bike and the duo fled.<br /></p>
