When confused about where to grab a meal, hungry souls can always rely on the many eateries located on St Mark’s Road. Perched on the confluence of MG Road and SBI Road, ‘Truffles’ on St Mark’s Road has been heartily welcomed with open arms.

Open from 11 am to 11 pm throughout the week, their eye-catching menu has something for everyone and the restaurant is frequented a lot by youngsters. There is a great variety, ranging from coffees and cakes to seafood and wraps. Serving some succulent and filling burgers, this place can help satiate one’s untimely cravings. They also have a range of desserts on offer.

The ‘Oreo cheesecake’ and the ‘lamb burger’ are the highlights here. The ‘Ferrero rocher cake’ and ‘fish and chips’ are also a must-have. Other delicious delights include the pastas and the Oriental dishes like ‘Sundried tomato and pesto pasta’, ‘Fire ‘n’ spice’ (steamed rice with chilli sauce) and ‘Thai curry with rice’. The ‘American cheeseburger’, in particular, is inviting and exquisite.

There are plenty of tasty options here for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. ‘Truffles’ also prides itself in its vibrant ambience and prompt service. One can easily indulge in a good meal without burning a hole in their pocket. The only downside to this otherwise nice restaurant is the smothering and excessive crowding at the small cafe. The other outlets are situated at Koramangala and on New BEL Road.

A haven for fusion food lovers on a budget, ‘Truffles’ is located at Caf No 22, St Mark’s Road. For details, call 41121600.
