Arun's century propels Century Cricketers to victory

Arun T smashed a blistering century to guide Century Cricketers to a four-wicket win over Vijaya Cricket Club, Malur in the KSCA Group I, Division III cricket league for the Nassur Memorial shield here.

Batting first, Vijaya CC rode on Nikhil AS’ unbeaten 95 to post a modest 266 for seven in 50 overs.

In reply, Arun slammed an unbeaten 104 (77b, 16x4, 3x6) as Century Cricketers reached the target (267 runs) in just 39.3 overs. Chetan J scalped four wickets (4/76) for Vijaya CC.
