<p>Even after 10 days, the Mysuru police have not been able to trace K Marigowda, former president of zilla panchayat and prime suspect in harassing and obstructing Deputy Commissioner C Shikha from dicharging her duty. <br /><br /></p>.<p>Marigowda, along with four of his aides had harassed and obstructed the deputy <br />commissioner at government guest house, here, on July 3. <br /><br />Notices sent<br />The deputy commissioner had filed a complaint against him with Nazarbad police on the same day. But, Marigowda and his aides have been absconding since July 4. <br /><br />Following the incident, Marigowda had appeared before the media on July 4. <br /><br />But, the police did not arrest or take action against him. <br /><br />Though the police have sent notices to all the suspects, none of them have appeared before the police, so far.<br /></p>
