The 15th edition of ‘Wear.Style Bangalore Fashion Week – Winter Festive Online’ took glamour and panache in style as the designers showcased their exclusive collection at Day 3. Held at Sheraton Grand, the fashion week witnessed the Winter festive theme of the edition. The designers launched their ensemble for the upcoming festive season.
Acclaimed actor Shubra Ayappa walked the ramp for designer Puja Mapxencar while ‘Mrs Earth 2016’ Priyanka Khurana Goyal walked for designer Kshitija Rana. Puja Mapxencar’s theme was ‘Escape O Nature’.

Lisha and Aakanksha’s theme was ‘The Falling Dusk’ which depicts the darker shade of twilight, especially in the evening. It talks about the state of partial darkness between day and night and the dark parts of twilight. The horizon has a varied range of colours. The inspiration is from the time between dawn to dusk which gives a signified and a beautiful range of colour palette from darker shades of yellow and orange to shades of pink, purple and finally to grey and blue.

Kamal Raj Manickath’s theme was ‘Alice in Desi-Land’ while Khitija Rana’s theme showcased ‘Elements of Life’. The collection has been inspired by the elements of life — fire, water, earth, wind and ether. Each garment reflects the beauty, colour, and grandness of these elements. The colours are bright and rich embellished with intricate handwork in gold. Bright red, yellow and orange reflect the richness of mother earth along with the fierceness and warmth of fire. While the shades of blues, greens and green and peaches signify the coolness, strength and power of wind, water and ether.
Ashok R Maanay’s theme was ‘xxxx’.

The collection of Abhishek Dutta epitomised modernity with quintessential of grunge and rustic fused in tinges to accentuate its aestheticism. At the dawn of new horizon, it talks about how a new civilization was born out of the dead.  Over the years, pollution and war resulted into a decade of distress. The Fall/Winter collection symbolised the chaos in terms of prints, textures and surfaces, stain and collection. Cotton twills, linens, jacquards and leather form the key fabrics. Fragmented heart, tessellated skulls were the key motifs.
