Announcement made in 2010-11 budget is, therefore, only aimed at the coming BBMP elections, he alleged.<br /><br />Privilege motion<br /><br />He also said the Congress party will move a privilege motion against the CM for making false promises on Bangalore development in the Legislature.<br /><br />Deshpande also opposed the proposed IT SEZ near Devanahalli and alleged that the project, if taken up, will lead to real estate business. It is not feasible for setting up a SEZ there due to non-availability of water, he added.<br /><br />JD(S) State President H D Kumaraswamy in a separate press conference said that all infrastructure projects for Bangalore announced in the budget are funded by the Centre and the State Government is not spending a single paise. He also claimed that he got those projects sanctioned from the Centre when he was the CM.<br /><br />Welcomed<br /><br />Both the leaders welcomed the SEC’s announcing the calender of events for the BBMP elections and said that it has come as a slap on the face of the State Government.<br /></p>
