Skrilo, a full suite mobile marketing and rewards platform, is looking at raising $5 million in the last fiscal Link quarter of this year.

Speaking to DH, Manish Sinha, founder of Skrilo, said, “The amount to be raised will be used for expansion of our business in the Southeast Asian region and the USA. We have raised $1.5 million angel funds early this year. This is going to be used for next few months.”

The company has done pilot projects with some of the leading Indian and global brands. In a world of intrusive marketing, Skrilo aims to create a paradigm shift in the market.

The company’s mission is to drive high quality B2C engagement by offering businesses a dedicated, non-intrusive channel to reach out to their end consumers in a smart and targeted manner; while providing consumers with a rewarding and relevant experience.

"Currently we have around 60,000 active users," Sinha said, adding that they are looking for content partners.

With its Indian operations, based out of Gurgaon, Skrilo is an innovative and insightful medium of marketing for corporates, businesses and brands and helps them initiate engagement with the end consumers with attractive campaigns, content, coupons and deals, and connect with them in an engaged and targeted manner depending on the objectives that they have. The brands get undivided attention from the consumers and make their marketing KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) more clear and measurable.

Sharing its USP, he said, “For consumers, it is a one-stop rewards platform that gives them an opportunity to engage with brands and merchants in an incentivised and impactful way and benefits from a portfolio of reward options.”
