The helpline will conclude the counselling on March 15. </p>.<p>Do’s and don’ts <br /><br />* Read, recall and rehearse model and question papers of previous years<br /><br />* Prepare charts or cards comprising formulae, equations<br /><br />* While solving question papers, begin with the difficult ones and then move to the easier questions<br /><br />* Maintain positive attitude before the examination and be confident<br /><br />* Spend about 10-15 minutes in meditation or yoga<br /><br />* Get adequate sleep of a minimum of six hours <br /><br />* Drink lots of water, fresh water juices and be on a good diet</p>.<p>* Take small breaks in between long hours of studies to refresh the mind</p>
