He said this while making a vain bid to make a preliminary submission on an adjournment motion sought to be moved against the Government over illegal mining and demolition of Sugalamma temple in Bellary.
The Congress leader said the CM is neither mobilising resources nor protecting the wealth. The CM said he was ready for a debate on issues related to mining. Speaker Bopaiah said a discussion would be allowed on Friday.
