Attack on women in ATM: Culprit nabbed after 39 months in Andhra Pradesh

Nearly 39 months after the attack on a bank official in an ATM kiosk in Corporation circle, Bengaluru, the Andhra Pradesh Police have reportedly nabbed the culprit.

Bank official Jyoti Uday was brutually attacked by an unknown person in an ATM centre in November 2013, when she went to withdraw money.  Based on the CCTV footage of the ATM kiosk, Bengaluru police had launched for the man-hunt, where the culprit was rumoured to have escaped to Andhra Pradesh.

The latest reported stated that Andhra Pradesh police has nabbed the culprit Madhukar Reddy in Maddulapuram village of Thamballapalle block in Chittoor district, who has confessed of committing the crime.
