The Karnataka High Court on Wednesday rejected bail to Kumaraswamy, the main accused in the II PU Chemistry paper leak.
Justice John Michael Cunha rejected the bail application on the ground that Kumaraswamy has been booked under the Karnataka Control of Organised Crimes Act, 2000 (KCOC) and bail cannot be granted for a person booked under KCOC Act for a year. The judge rejected to grant bail and dismissed Kumarasway’s petition.
