Brain-dead man's organs save five lives

A goodwill gesture by the family of an accident victim has helped save five lives.

Lalit Lunkad (38) had met with a major accident. He was rushed to the hospital, where doctors declared him brain-dead. The family decided to donate his organs to the needy patients.

Moved by the family’s gesture, Jain International Trade Organisation has decided to make organ donation a mass movement within and outside the community.
