Minister Reddy's petition dismissed

It may be recalled that TNR Mining Company owner Tapal Narayan Reddy had filed a case at Sandur JMFC alleging that the Obulapuram Mining Company (OMC) owned by Minister G Janardhan Reddy had encroached the land belonging to the TNR. During the proceedings, the JMFC had issued a body warrant against Reddy, demanding him to appear before the court.

However, Minister G Janardhan Reddy had filed an appeal with the High Court Circuit Bench against this.
