The Karnataka High Court on Wednesday extended the stay granted to the tender process of asphalting, construction of drains and footpaths in Gandhinagar, Malleswaram and Chamarajpet.
The petitioner, Aishwarya Infrastructures and Developers, has approached the court challenging the rejection of their tender for the work. The petitioner has contended that though the company was selected in the technical bid, it was rejected in the financial bid.
Justice A S Bopanna extended the stay granted on the tender process and adjourned the next hearing to March 22.
