<p>PES Degree College recently organised ‘Zenith 2017’, an inter-college commerce and cultural fest, at Central Campus, Hanumanthanagar.<br /><br />The fest was inaugurated by ex-MLC and chancellor, PES University, Dr M R Doreswamy, along with the chief guest, litterateur and film director, T S Nagabharana, and guest of honour, vice-president, HR, Asia Pacific, Northern Operating Services Pvt Ltd, Hirendra Badhiye. <br /><br />Academic director, Prof M V Satyanarayana; principal of PES Degree College, Dr A V Chandrashekar; staff and students were also present on the occasion.<br /><br />The first day of the fest comprised seven events — in both commerce and literary categories. The events were ‘Ad Selfie’, ‘Best Manager’, ‘Hard Sell’, ‘Suggest a Caption’, ‘Mini-Militia’, quiz and poetry writing.<br /><br />The second day witnessed events like group song and dance, skit, pencil sketching, face painting, dubsmash and photography.<br /><br />The fest was a big success and witnessed participation by more than 150 students from 30 colleges.</p>
