<p>The Madras High Court on Tuesday granted bail to Yogendra Vasupal, chief executive officer of online facilitator Stayzilla, in connection with a cheating case.<br /><br />When the petition came up for hearing, Justice S Baskaran issued bail on the condition that he deposit Rs 40 lakh before the magistrate court.<br /><br />Yasupal was arrested recently on the charges of payment default to the tune of about Rs 1.69 crore.<br /><br />Earlier, the court rejected Vasupal’s bail petition and granted custody to authorities of the central crime bureau.</p>
