Held for molestation
The Madivala police have arrested a 25-year-old hotel worker from Bihar on the charge of molesting a woman. The arrested has been identified as Narayan. The complainant (also from Bihar) had alleged that on May 13, when she was waiting for a bus at the Silk Board Junction, Narayan touched her inappropriately. She said she raised an alarm and a few passersby thrashed him before handing him over to the police. Narayan claimed that he was blind in one eye. However, police registered a case of molestation and arrested him.
