<p>A history-sheeter was hacked to death by his associates over a petty issue at a bar in Chandra Layout on Saturday night. <br /><br />The victim, Aruna, 26, is a resident of BCC Layout, Chandra Layout. According to police, Aruna and his associates had gone to a bar in Gangondanahalli. The victim asked his associates to pay the bill for Rs 5,000. They, however, refused to do so, leading to an argument between him and the suspects.<br /><br />They dragged him into the kitchen, attacked him with a chair and a ladle. They repeatedly crushed his head against a gas cylinder. Aruna died from the massive injuries. The suspects absconded after the murder.<br /><br />There are definite leads about the suspects and they will be arrested soon, police said.<br /></p>
