Hold polls to GP soon, urges Eshwarappa

 
A delegation led by party president K S Eshwarappa submitted a memorandum to this effect to the State Election Commissioner C R Chikkamath. He said the  term of most of the gram panchayats had expired and hence, it is appropriate that the SEC announce the dates of elections  at the earliest. The SEC assured that the  polls will be held after the  BBMP results.
