Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday enquired about the health of Congress leader in the Lok Sabha Mallikarjuna Kharge, who is recuperating after a knee surgery.
“The PM telephoned Kharge and enquired about his health. The PM also wished him a speedy recovery,” Kharge's family sources said.
Kharge underwent successful surgery on his left knee at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) here on Monday and is taking rest at his home here. The 74-year-old leader has been suffering from knee pain for long.
