Hizbul Mujahideen chief Syed Salahuddin, who was recently designated as a 'global terrorist' by US, has admitted that he has carried out terror attacks in India, reports ANI, quoting Pakistan Media.
Salahuddin had last year threatened to turn the Kashmir valley "into a graveyard for Indian forces".
