Recreational facilities like a swimming pool, gym, tennis, badminton, basketball courts, library, children’s play areas are also being provided in Sovereign Unnathi. In addition to the basic price of Rs 14 lakh, additional costs include Rs 1 lakh for car parking and an approximate cost of Rs 2.3 lakhs for various permissions and registration.
