A private moneylender has been arrested for abducting a family and tying up a woman, who was stripped, in front of her husband and four-month-old baby.

Udayagiri police arrested Suhel, 31 of Chamarajanagar, for abducting a family of three from their house in Shantinagar in the city on Tuesday as they had failed to repay his loan.
