Reddy shines as KSCA XI garner lead

KSCA XI produced a collective batting effort, led by opener Abhishek Reddy, to gain a slender lead against Tripura Cricket Association (TCA) on the second day of the Dr (Capt) K Thimmappiah Memorial tournament here at the RSI ground on Friday.

Resuming from 27/0, in reply to TCA’s 297 all out, KSCA were 315/5 at stumps. Reddy slammed 89 (122b, 15x4) and shared a 110-run second wicket stand with Mir Kaunain Abbas (42).
