Property developer Brigade Enterprises on Tuesday reported 32% jump in consolidated net profit at Rs 29 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2017 compared with Rs 22 crore in the corresponding period last year.
Consolidated Revenues grew by 21% for the first quarter to Rs 565 crore, against Rs 466 crore recorded during the first quarter of the previous fiscal.
Real estate space aggregating to 0.31 million sq feet with a total value of Rs 183 crore was sold during the first quarter ending June 2017, the company statement said.
The average price realisation was Rs 5,863 per sq feet. During the quarter, the company launched three real estate projects amounting to over 2 million sq feet, the statement from Brigade Enterprises added.
