<p>At least two 11-year-old students were killed and nearly 20 others were injured when the roof of a school caved in Ahmednagar district on Monday.<br /><br />The incident took place around 17:30 hrs at the Zilla Parishad school at Nimbodi in Nagar taluka of Ahmednagar district, that has been receiving heavy rainfall since the weekend.<br /><br />The deceased were identified as Shreyas Rahane and Vaishali Pote, both 11-year-old. The injured persons have been rushed to different hospitals of the Nagar.<br /><br />Senior police and administration officials visited the spot to supervise the rescue operations and ensure that the injured students are given proper treatment.<br /><br />Eye-witnesses said that the building structure was old and caved in because of the heavy rainfall that the district has been receiving.<br />DH News Service</p>
