<p>Over 1,200 students from various engineering colleges in the city protested at Mysore Bank Circle on Friday against VTU’s examination system. <br /><br />The students raised slogans against the VTU demanding removal of the year back and critical year back provision for the non-choice-based credit system (2010) and implementation of supplementary exams for CBCS (2015 scheme) students. AIDSO state vice president Ravinandan B said the VC has taken eight days to redress grievances.</p>
