Memorial Park panel meets Governor

Rajya Sabha MP and Chairman of National Military Memorial Committee Rajeev Chandrasekhar met Governor H R Bhardwaj and presented the layout and design of the proposed National Military Memorial Park here on Friday.

He also clarified on the issues related to the felling of trees in the area. The project, Chandrasekhar said, is being executed by BDA and no private trust is involved, as alleged by some of the residents.
