<p>The High Court of Karnataka will continue dictation of the judgement on Friday with regard to the petitions filed by former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa in a denotification case.<br /><br />Justice Aravind Kumar who started dictation of the order in the morning is elaborately touching upon all the contentions placed by Yeddyurappa as well as Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB).<br /><br />Yeddyurappa has moved the court seeking directions to quash two FIRs filed by ACB and the proceedings against him. Two FIRs were filed against him in the case of ‘fake-denotification’ of 257 acres of land, part of the Dr Shivaram Karanth Layout in Bengaluru North.</p>
