<p>Revenue Minister Kagodu Thimmappa, on Saturday, called those opposing consumption of beef as mad people. <br /><br />Inaugurating the Mane Manege Congress campaign (Congress for every home) at Anandpur in Sagar taluk, he said there is no difference between eating the meat of a sheep or a cow as both animals have four legs and two horns.<br /><br />“When there is no hesitation in eating mutton, chicken, why should we have it while consuming beef,” he questioned and said he himself has relished beef and does not find any difference between mutton and beef in terms of taste. But BJP leaders are dividing the society using this issue, he said.<br /><br /> </p>
