Leader of Opposition in Legislative Assembly Jagadish Shettar opined that the law and order situation has collapsed in the State, while Karnataka is turninbg into another Bihar.

Visiting the Karnataka Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS) here on Thursday, to enquired about the health of BJP worker Praveen Kalasur of Kalasa village in Kundgol taluk who was assaulted by a group of people on Wednesday, he told media persons that Home Department advisor Kempaiah is acting like a ‘super chief minister’, and the department would not improve until he is removed from that post.
