Training held for resource persons

Department of Public Instructions conducted one-day training programme for block resource persons and cluster resource persons from Belagavi Educational District regarding National Achievement Survey (NAS) to be carried out in select schools by Ministry of Human Resources Development (MHRD) and National Council of Education Research and Training (NCERT).

Deputy Director of Public Instructions A B Pundalik inaugurated the training programme in the premises of Ushatai Gogte High School on Friday.

He informed that the Ministry of Human Resources Development and National Council of Education Research and Training has selected third, fifth and eighth standard in select schools and would conduct National Achievement Survey of the students and evaluation too would be carried out on same day on November 13.

Belagavi Education Society Management Member Sudhir Kulkarni and National Achievement Survey Programmer Ajay Uchgaonkar were present.
