But there has to be prima facie evidence of wrongdoing.”<br /><br />When asked what he thinks about the case, Hosabale said, “It is for those who have made the accusation to prove the charge.”<br /><br />Jay has filed a criminal defamation case against The Wire in an Ahmedabad court for publishing a story that alleged his firm revenues escalated by 16,000 times after the BJP came to power in 2014.<br /><br />Jay will also file another civil suit against the news portal to claim damages of Rs 100 crore for tarnishing his image, the BJP has said.</p>
