The Kodigehalli police arrested eight persons who damaged vehicle windshields near Byatarayanapura on Sunday night.
The police said the suspects, who were drunk, had damaged windshields of a Tempo Traveller and two cars.
They threatened passersby who questioned them and fled after more people gathered. Based on CCTV footage, all eight were arrested.
