Modi to campaign in Himachal

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will campaign for the BJP for the upcoming elections in Himachal Pradesh, beginning November 2.

The prime minister will address rallies at various places in the hill state on November 2, 4 and 5. He will address rallies in Fatehpur and Nahan in the state on November 2.

A host of top saffron party leaders, including Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Union Health Minister J P Nadda, are already campaigning at various places in the state.

On Monday, Adityanath addressed rallies at Nalagarh in Solan district and in Kangra district. BJP president Amit Shah also began his five-day tour to Himachal Pradesh on Monday.

Shah slammed Chief Minister M Virbhadra Singh over corruption. The BJP has decided not to not announce a chief ministerial candidate for the hill state.
