<p>After Narmada Yatra and Gujarat Gaurav Yatra, the BJP will set off on a Gujarat Gaurav Mahasampark Abhiyan (Gujarat Pride Megaconnect Drive) from Tuesday.</p>.<p>To be kicked off by BJP president Amit Shah, the door-to-door campaign would begin from Naranpura Assembly constituency in Ahmedabad and would be held in all the 182 Assembly constituencies.</p>.<p>The Gujarat Gaurav Yatra had covered 149 Assembly constituencies, while the Narmada Yatra passed through roughly 8,000 of the 18,000 villages in the state.</p>.<p>Interestingly, Shah represented Naranpura constituency in the last Assembly before moving to the Rajya Sabha this year.</p>.<p>"The BJP workers will go door-to-door and distribute literature featuring development work done by the BJP governments in Gujarat as well as at the Centre, along with the prime minister's message," said I K Jadeja, BJP spokesperson.</p>.<p>Jadeja said that the party seeks to contest the Assembly polls on development agenda.</p>.<p>Chief Minister Vijay Rupani, Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel, Union ministers Smriti Irani, Nirmala Sitharaman, J P Nadda, Thavarchand Gehlot, Dharmendra Pradhan, Prakash Javdekar, Narendrasinh Tomar, Jitendra Singh, P P Chaudhary, Manoj Tiwari, Manoj Sinha, Tarun Chugh, Hansraj Ahir and Arjun Meghwal will take part in the campaign.</p>.<p>Gujarat BJP chief Jitu Vaghani, state ministers, senior BJP functionaries in the state and a large number of BJP workers, too, will hit the streets and spread the message of development.</p>.<p>With the 'vikas gando thayo chhe' (development has gone berserk) jibe at the BJP's development agenda going viral, the party is now trying to directly reach out to the electorate.</p>.<p>DH News Service</p>
