JOIN USAs a part of Children's day, Lourdes Central School organised a cultural fest, 'Regale 2017', on Tuesday. Speaking on the occasion, School Pupil Leader Abnar Pinto said that the school is our world. "The Regale 2017 has provided a platform to showcase our talent." Principal Rev Fr Robert D'Souza, Convener Rev Fr Wilson D'Souza and others were present. The food stalls and cultural programmes by teachers were the highlights.
The women and child development department in association with Food and nutrition board on Tuesday organised children's day at Vishnumurthy temple at Nittur. CMC President Meenakshi Madhava Bannanje also spoke on the occasion.
Udupi NSUI observed children's day with Spandana special children. The NSUI members distributed sweets to the kids. Various sports and musical programmes were held. NSUI president Christan D'Almeida was present.
