Power generation was stopped at unit VI of the Raichur Thermal Power Station (RTPS) at Shaktinagar in Raichur district on Monday.
The power generation was stopped in the 210-MW unit due to a small technical glitch. Officials visited the unit and conducted an inspection. The unit will resume functioning on Tuesday after the repair works are undertaken.
